We are a dedicated church family, with a deep concern for sharing the Gospel with others and making disciples for Jesus Christ. We are affiliated with the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod.

We would also be honored if you would choose to worship the Lord with us at some time in the near future. You will find our people friendly and our services uplifting.

As Lutherans, we subscribe to the Lutheran confessions which include the creeds of the Christian Church, namely; the Nicene, Apostle's, and Athanasian - all of which confess God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

The Holy Scriptures are the basis and authority for all matters of faith and life and are the inspired written Word of God. The Bible teaches that Jesus Christ is God, who died and rose again for out justification.

We believe that we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus' death and resurrection for us. The Holy Spirit leads us to confess Jesus Christ as our Lord and nourishes us in this faith relationship through the Gospel and the Sacraments.

The Christian life is living in a daily relationship of forgiveness and reborn faith, empowering us to serve God in our daily life by caring for one another and the world around us.

Everyone desiring membership is required to be a part of an orientation class and a rite of reception in a worship service. The content, opportunities, and responsibilities of being a Christian and a member of the church are shared at this orientation.

Pastoral instruction is required of incoming members from other denominations and of people with no church affiliation through the "Enquirer's Class".

An intensive program of fellowship, recreation and Bible study is provided for the young people of the church during the entire year. Both Jr. and Sr. High Fellowship are offered.

Learning and growing events for children (beginning at three years of age) are held on Sunday mornings between services and a supervised nursery is available for very young children.

There are Bible classes and topical seminars on Sunday mornings for adults as well at various other times throughout the week. We also have a growing number of small "CELL Groups" of about 10 people each that meet in homes, restaurants, and here at church. They meet at various times of the week and some meet bi-weekly.

A mid-week school is held for grades 3 - 8 on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. These classes offer instruction toward First Communion and the Rite of Confirmation upon completion.

Vacation Bible School is a one-week fun adventure during the summer for children of the congregation and the community. This great learning experience is not limited to the children, as many teenagers and adult volunteers share in this effort.

Adult and Children's Libraries are well stocked and current with today's topics. Materials including books, CD-ROMs, audio and video tapes are available for check-out.
